Shipping and Payment Info
SOMALIPIRATESAUCE.COM offers shipping of all hot sauces and fiery foods within the US. Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your shipping address and choose your shipping method during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated via real-time using published shipping rates based upon exact weight, size, and exact destination zip code.
All orders received after 3pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Partial Orders
Please note that we do not send out partial orders. If an item you ordered is on back order, you will receive an email promptly outlining which item(s) are on back order and offer substitution options. You may also choose to have your order held until fresh inventory arrives back so your order may ship complete.
If you receive your package and it does not contain all the products you ordered, please contact us immediately so we may investigate which items are missing.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
HOOYOS FOOD COMPANY, LLC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide the most accurate up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Please enter your address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges.
Time to Receive Your Order
Unless otherwise mentioned in an items description, items usually ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be entered into our online Tracking System before every order is shipped. All tracking information is accessible through your member area using the My Account Login.
Real Time Shipping Rates for Continental U.S. Orders
Real time shipping rates will be calculated and applied to your order during your checkout. If the shipping cost is not calculated by the system, we will send you an email to inform you of your costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding. Additional transit times may apply to packages sent to remote regions.
